Who displays a passion for people development and delivering improvements through driving change, and culture-based core values.  My career began with an opportunity presented to me on a government youth training scheme which has led to my recent appointment as an operations Director within a chemical manufacturing and distribution company. I have been coached, guided, and supported by many individuals along the way to help me achieve this and I’m passionate about reaching out to others to offer the same.
