Established in 1958, SAMOA® is a privately owned European business group with passion for excellence in fluid management. Even though SAMOA were a late player in the manufacturing of Air Operated Diaphragm Pumps, it was our intention to build the proverbial ‘better mousetrap’ and we believe we have attained that goal with the most energy efficient line-up of AODD pumps.

Whilst every air operated double diaphragm pump manufacturer believe theirs are better than the rest, essentially they all look alike, work the same and have similar liabilities. However, our DF series really are different from the rest. We are best described as an inside out pump
• We pump fluid through the centre of the pump rather than the outside, and in our DF series, we do not have inlet or outlet manifolds..
• The improved, functional design, gives us stronger suction lift, which not only helps with higher viscosity fluids and longer suction lifts, but primes faster than other pumps.
• Our smaller profile (40-54% less) per pump size, enable us to take up less space in OEM equipment.
• The pump is externally repairable, without removing pump from its installation, reducing downtime to less than 15 minutes.
• All of this with an air valve that changes over so fast we get
o Incredibly long diaphragm life (70 million cycles dry and over 100 million cycles wet)
o Reduced pulsations
o Minimal vibrations
• All while using 50-60% less air for equal flow rates

The UP series features the patented frictionless pivoting air valve as well as the 3S technology, which enables the pump to work with dry, damp, non-lubricated, dirty air without any trouble. The patented technologies ensure the pump won’t freeze or get icing even at high pressures and won’t stall even at extreme low pressures. Moreover, switching brands were never easier, as these pumps have the same footprints as that of other leading competitors, making replacements trouble-free.

• Casing Materials: Polypropylene, Conductive Polypropylene, Conductive Acetal, PVDF, Conductive PVDF, Ductile Iron, Aluminium, 316 Stainless Steel
• Elastomer Materials: Nitrile / Buna-N (NBR), Santoprene (TPE), Hytrel (TPE), Teflon (PTFE), Viton (FKM) and its Single-Piece Over-moulded versions.
