Matheus Engineering

Matheus Engineering is a start-up by former Pfizer scientists (Sandwich, UK) offering contract research services in the field of chemical process engineering. The founders worked as process engineers in Pfizer, Sandwich laboratories for nearly 20 years and were involved in the development and scale-up of numerous projects including multiple products currently in the market.

Our expertise lies in all aspects of scale-up – whether it’s de-risking a process being developed in the lab or trouble shooting an existing process in manufacturing phase. We work with clients closely to identify process characteristics that can vary across scale. We have extensive experience in defining and executing scale-up strategy, equipment /technology selection and drafting scale independence statements for registration dossiers.
