LCM excels in applying specialised coatings like Glassflakes, Vinylester, Polyester, Epoxy, Ceramic, and Enamels. Our shot blasting services clean surfaces by removing rust, old coatings, and contaminants, ensuring the best possible adhesion for these coatings. We offer robust protection against corrosion, abrasion, and chemical exposure.
Glass Flake Lining
Glass flake linings, made from high-performance resins and reinforced with glass flakes, protect steel substrates. Each 1mm coating has about 125 layers of glass flake, offering excellent permeation resistance and a long, maintenance-free life. Vinyl ester-based glass flake coatings also provide outstanding chemical and temperature resistance.

Flake Reinforced Coatings

Additionally, low-odour, solvent-free epoxy glass flake coatings offer outstanding abrasion and chemical resistance.
